You are to
decide either the favorite team to overcome
a handicap (-goals/balls) or on the opposing
team receiving a handicap on top of their
actual score (+goals/balls).
The stronger team on paper gives the weaker
team a handicap to even the playing field.
You then just pick one of the 2 sides in a
match.
Below are just some examples
explaining on the Asian Handicap Rules-
For
Handicap line 0 ball
If either team wins by any margin, selection
on the correct winning team will gain you
+10 points. In the event of a draw, no
points will be awarded

- Team F win by exactly 1 (i.e. 0-1, 1-2,
2-3, 3-4 etc) - Gain +5 points
- Draw or lose by any score - Lose 10 points
If selection is on Team E receiving +3/4
ball start:
- Draw or Team E win by any score - Gains
+10 points
- Lose by exactly 1 (i.e. 0-1, 1-2, 2-3,
3-4) - Lose -5 points
- Lose by 2 or more - Lose -10 points

start:
- Team H win by any score or draw - Gain +10
points
- Team H lose by exactly 1 - Draw/Push, O
points
- Team lose by 2 or more - Lose 10 points
It is actually in a way adding the
"handicap" to the final score to determine
the winning side.
